Hi, welcome to my blog and thanks for stopping by! My name is Jennifer and I’m a blogger, adventure lover, and certified ski instructor who lives, works, and plays in Breckinridge, Colorado. I love Colorado and have lived here all my life, growing up in Colorado Springs, and moving to the mountains after I graduated from college. I have always been an active individual, and my love of the outdoors only grew as I attended college in Boulder and got my degree in Sports Science. As a certified ski instructor, when the mountains are snow-covered, I take people of all ages and skill levels up to enjoy the slopes—though my favorite learners are the kids and teenagers. I love to see their faces light up when they finally get the hang of those skis! In the fall and summer, I lead day backpacking adventures and work at a rock climbing adventure school, and love staying active, busy, and outdoors. This blog is for anyone who loves to challenge themselves (while staying safe of course!), be active, and have fun! I believe that we should all move ourselves out of our comfort zones to grow as people, and that thrilling adventures don’t need to be scary or dangerous.
Adventure is for the young at heart, and people of all ages and backgrounds can enjoy the outdoors. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never hiked before, paddled down a river, climbed a rock, or strapped on skis – if you’re open-minded and willing to learn, and not afraid to try something new – you can have the adventure of a lifetime! Top-rated adventures means just that – adventures and activities that, during my 16+ years as a teacher and adventure lover – have been the fan favorites. Whether you’re interested in learning about skiing, snowboarding, white water rafting, fly fishing, hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, or even dog sledding, I can help you have the top-rated adventure you always dreamed of. You can read about my adventures here, see testimonials from past clients, and learn about which adventure may suit you the best. Top-rated adventures are not only good for personal growth, but they are fun activities for teams, team-building, bachelor and bachelorette parties, family reunions, school trips, and romantic (but adventurous!) getaways. I hope you enjoy my blog, and please feel free to contact me on the contact page if you have any questions! Your top-rated adventure awaits!
