1. Lift fabric flap inside cap to expose battery case in hat.
   
2. Pull circular disc, called the "bezel", out of the device while holding battery case from the inside of the hat.
   
3. Battery/light case will release from device.
   
4. Hand wash the hat in COOL Water. Do not submerge the lighting device.
   
5. Replace the battery case inside the hat, positioning the bulb into the cut-out in the hat.
   
6. Apply pressure to circular disc until it snaps into the device.
   
7. Position thumb under battery case and gently push case up till secure.

*We do not recommend that you remove the lighting device from the G2 LED, nor submerge the hat in water. You may blot the hat with a damp cloth to clean. Removing the lighting device from the G2 LED will void the warrantee.
