in 1984 of its well known and highly regarded booklet titled "Guide
to Maintaining Log Structures". In addition to "The Guide",

TranSeal Traditional clear wood
varnish
|
|
|
There are many homeowners and woodworkers who still
prefer the look, the feel, and the application of the "Traditional"
oil-based polyurethane varnishes to the newer water-based technology.
That preference is now once again possible with the introduction of
TranSeal Traditional.
TranSeal Traditional is a high solids oil-modified
polyurethane clear wood varnish that is designed for use on all interior
bare wood surfaces including kitchen cabinetry, molding, paneling, log
walls and front entrance doors that are not directly exposed to the
elements. It is NOT recommended for wood floors. It cures to a durable
transparent coating that's easy to clean and maintain. 2 coats are recommended
for best performance and appearance.
