In October 2002, Kable News Network of New York named Big Game Adventures “the fastest growing big-game hunting magazine in North America.” The publication has grown from 80 pages per issue four times a year to over 244 pages per issue.

The magazine is the only full-color big game hunting magazine that is dedicated strictly to featuring articles on big game hunting worldwide. There are no black and white ads or stories, and the advertising is limited to less than 40% of page count, with an average of 18 full-length stories per issue. All advertisers are directly or indirectly related to hunting big game, with two-thirds being professional hunters (PH’s,) guides or outfitters.

The magazine is currently delivered to 12,000 subscribers, (including 4,500 guides and outfitters) with another 22,000 magazines being sent to various newsstands across North America and abroad. The magazine is currently available in Cabelas, Wal-Mart, Barnes & Noble, Borders, Chapters and many other bookstores and newsstands worldwide.
